Lucio Mora (1984, Guadalupe, La Libertad, Perú) es artista visual, egresado de la Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de Trujillo “Macedonio de la Torre” (2009). Su práctica se desarrolla entre proyectos de fotografía documental y el registro del patrimonio cultural, a través de la fotografía y la fotogrametría.
Ha presentado dos exposiciones individuales: El Gran Trato (ICPNA–Cusco, 2012) y Filántropos (Galería Impromptu, Trujillo, 2011), y ha participado en exposiciones colectivas en espacios nacionales e internacionales. Obtuvo el Premio Embajada de Francia en el Concurso de Fotografía VER / VOIR 2025.
Es autor de los fotolibros Relación descriptiva de la ciudad y provincia de Truxillo del Perú (2020) y Sticker City (2024), donde explora las relaciones entre la imagen, la memoria y el entorno urbano.
Desde 2014 trabaja en proyectos de investigación arqueológica en distintas regiones del Perú, realizando documentación fotográfica y registro tridimensional. Asimismo, ha colaborado como coautor en artículos científicos sobre patrimonio arqueológico publicados en revistas especializadas como Quingnam (2018, 2022) y SIAN (2019).
Lucio Mora (1984, Guadalupe, La Libertad, Peru) is a visual artist and graduate of the “Macedonio de la Torre” School of Fine Arts in Trujillo (2009). His practice moves between documentary photography projects and cultural heritage documentation through photography and photogrammetry.
He has presented two solo exhibitions: El Gran Trato (ICPNA–Cusco, 2012) and Filántropos (Galería Impromptu, Trujillo, 2011), and has participated in collective exhibitions in both national and international venues. In 2025, he received the French Embassy Award in the VER / VOIR Photography Competition.
He is the author of the photobooks Relación descriptiva de la ciudad y provincia de Truxillo del Perú (2020) and Sticker City (2024), where he explores the relationships between image, memory, and the urban environment.
Since 2014, he has worked on archaeological research projects in different regions of Peru, carrying out photographic documentation and 3D recording. He has also collaborated as co-author on scientific articles about archaeological heritage published in specialized journals such as Quingnam (2018, 2022) and SIAN (2019).
